A large spear of the Ngandu or Saka of the Mongo cluster. The large leaf shaped iron spearhead has a flared base that extends straight before tapering to a point. Thickened medial ridge. Iron socket with linear engravings. Wooden shaft with thick coiled copper wire and banded copper strips in the center. Iron spatulate butt. A large heavy currency spear densely decorated in copper.
