A vintage Japanese diving knife made by Sun Fish dating from the 1970s. The blade is double- edged stainless steel with one edge serrated, the other with a line cutter and serrated clip point. Stamped on the ricasso "Hi Cut," "Stainless Steel," and "Japan." Rubber mold handle with the famous "New Sun Fish" logo on the center grip. Stainless- steel hammer pommel. Held in place by its rubber sheath with handle hold ring and plastic leg strap belt with buckle. Many times, the leg straps are lost or broken from use. Very early model without the inch calibrations on the blade.
